Job Description:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
  • Liaison with suppliers to obtain prices and to check on the progress of existing orders.
  • Extend sales opportunities with existing clients.
  • Check quantities of goods in stock.
  • Record sales and order information and send copies to the administration.
  • Review own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with proposal, quotations and tender documents.
  • Respond efficiently to enquiries for solutions provided by the company and respond with appropriate information about I.S. products and services.
  • Feed future buying trends back to employers.
  • Comply and fulfill ISO 9001:2008 procedures and audit requirements on annual basis.

Job Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
- Hands on experience with customer service and IT hardware solution selling
- An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration, IT or relevant field
