Job Position:  Customer Marketing Executive
Reports to: Category Operations Manager
Location: Oman
 
Main purpose of the role
The Customer Marketing Executive is responsible for the implementation of all assigned in-store activations in Oman
 
Main Accountabilities:
  • Execute agreed activation plans in the Oman, as assigned
    • Follow up/confirm with account executives floor/gondola sizes and OSD plan and installation/dismantling dates.
    • Manage changes required based on customer feedback.
    • Summarize confirmed plan and cascade to Asst Customer Marketing Manager and agencies. [Local & Central Teams]
    • Daily coordination with suppliers and account/edge executives on implementation details (until after dismantling date).
    • Monitor and ensure that the right POSMs/gifts reaches destination on-time.
    • Provide support to account team and suppliers during installation.
    • Prepare implementation report immediately after the implementation night. (Implemented vs Planned)
    • Ensure that all drop boxes are delivered to the draw venue on-time.
    • Coordinate promotion draw with agency and municipality.
    • Prepare post activation documentation (photos, implemented vs planned, etc.)
    • Regular tracking of Unilever assets deployed in the trade
    • Budget management of AP’s as per recommended process
    • Land CMP activities across Trade
    • Adherence of displays in the market as per norms
    • Ensure relevant inputs OTIF for Smollans execution
    • Maintain updated OTIF trackers as relevant based on frequency.
  • Coordinate activation details with other markets
    • Assist Asst. Customer Marketing Manager in following up activation details with contacts from other markets.
    • Coordinate dispatch of POSMs with suppliers and other markets and make sure that the right POSMs reach on-time.
    • Compile photos of the activation (photos, implemented vs planned, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks - Activity Proposal raising, Purchase Requisitions, Budget Management
  • Work closely with the in house/external Graphic designer, to fine tune design collaterals
  • Work closely with Channel Sales teams to ensure smooth landing of activations
  • Lead Customer / Channel specific activations - conceptualisation, planning and execution
  • Work closely with Suppliers and Buying teams

  • Must have a Degree
  • High Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook / Internet skills
  • Two years' FMCG experience in Sales / Marketing preferable
